The above white dots are of different sizes and shapes. They also following the paths of the breast ducts towards the nipple. Such findings are critical to be identified and often can be picked with using screening mammogram. These patients have no symptoms and voluntarily have mammograms performed for early detection. Their treatment often requires limited surgery, sometimes without even needing additional chemotherapy after surgery.
